Indication: Pressure left-sided face.

Findings: Hyperlucent hyperinflated lungs with flattened diaphragms. Granulomas. Small sized heart. Minimal apical capping slightly greater at the left. XXXX unremarkable.

Impression: Appearance suggests emphysema. Apical capping, slightly greater at the left. Recommend comparison with prior films or followup chest x-XXXX films to confirm stability and approximately 4 months in XXXX. Critical result notification documented through Primordial.
