Indication: XXXX-year-old male with XXXX and asthma.

Findings: The lungs are hyperexpanded. Cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. No pleural effusion, focal airspace opacities or pneumothorax. No free subdiaphragmatic air.

Impression: Lung hyperexpansion. No focal air space disease.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
