ABSTRACT

Comparison: Chest x-XXXX XXXX and lateral from XXXX.

Indication: XXXX-year-old female with asthma flare.

Findings: Stable mild thoracic levoscoliosis. Stable cardiomegaly. Multiple scattered round calcific densities XXXX represent old granulomatous disease. No pneumothorax or pleural effusion. No focal consolidation. Moderate degenerative changes of the thoracic spine.

Impression: Stable cardiomegaly with no focal airspace disease.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
