ABSTRACT

Comparison: chest x-XXXX XXXX,

Indication: Chest and hip XXXX from XXXX.

Findings: Both lungs remain clear and expanded. No focal parenchymal infiltrates or pleural air collections. Heart and aorta are normal. No change in the large hiatus hernia. Pelvis. Bone density is decreased. Hips are normal and symmetric. No fractures, dislocations, or bone destruction. Note XXXX of a severe rotatory dextroscoliosis in the lumbar spine.

Impression: 1. Chest. No change no active cardiopulmonary disease. No evidence for cardiopulmonary injury. 2. Pelvis and hips negative for recent bony injury.
