Indication: XXXX-year-old male with XXXX.

Findings: The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits for appearance. The thoracic aorta is tortuous and calcified. No focal areas of pulmonary consolidation. No pneumothorax. No pleural effusion. Degenerative endplate changes of the thoracic spine with an age-indeterminate, mild wedge XXXX deformity of a midthoracic vertebral body.

Impression: 1. No acute cardiopulmonary process. 2., Mild, age-indeterminate wedge XXXX deformity of a midthoracic vertebral body.
