Comparison: CT thorax with intravenous contrast XXXX. Indication: XXXX-year-old male with history of prolonged intubation and XXXX XXXX anesthesia induction. Findings: The heart and cardiomediastinal silhouette or normal in size and contour. There is no focal air space opacity, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax. The osseous structures are intact.
