Indication: XXXX-year-old female with history of aortic stenosis, pulmonic stenosis. ICD 9 codes 746.3, 746.02.

Findings: XXXX XXXX sternotomy XXXX appear intact. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. The pulmonary vasculature is within normal limits. There is no focal lung opacity. Clips overlie the right upper quadrant.

Impression: No acute cardiopulmonary findings.
