ABSTRACT

Comparison: None.

Indication: DYSPNEA; Shortness of breath for 4 weeks. Bilateral leg XXXX for one XXXX. Patient on 2 liters of oxygen at home.

Findings: Patient is rotated. Mild cardiomegaly. Low lung volumes with elevated hemidiaphragms, greater on the right. This is identified on a thoracic XXXX study from XXXX as well. No pneumothorax. No large pleural effusion. No focal infiltrate.

Impression: Cardiomegaly with elevated right hemidiaphragms and no acute findings.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
