ABSTRACT

Comparison: XXXX.

Indication: Abdominal pain, right upper quadrant.

Findings: The heart size and pulmonary vascularity appear within normal limits. The lungs are free of focal airspace disease. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. The left hemidiaphragm is elevated. This is unchanged. No focal airspace disease is seen. No pneumothorax or pleural effusion is noted. There is eventration of the right hemidiaphragm.

Impression: 1. Continued elevation of the left hemidiaphragm. 2. No evidence of active disease.
