ABSTRACT

Comparison: None.

Indication: XXXX-year-old male with chest pain.

Findings: The heart is normal in size with normal appearance of the cardiomediastinal silhouette. There is a hiatal hernia with soft tissue projecting behind the mediastinum. The lungs are clear without focal airspace opacity, pleural effusion, pneumothorax. The osseous structures are intact.

Impression: 1. No acute cardiopulmonary finding. 2. Hiatal hernia.
