ABSTRACT

Comparison: None available.

Indication: XXXX-year-old male, status post pyeloplasty.

Findings: Heart size, mediastinal contour, and pulmonary vascularity are within normal limits. No focal consolidation, suspicious pulmonary opacity, large pleural effusion, or pneumothorax is identified. Visualized osseous structures appear intact. Surgical XXXX is noted in the right upper quadrant. Subcutaneous emphysema seen along the neck bilaterally, right lateral upper abdomen, and left chest.

Impression: 1. No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality. 2. Subcutaneous emphysema of the neck, left lateral chest, and right lateral abdominal soft tissues noted. .
