ABSTRACT
Comparison: Chest portable frontal AP XXXX. Indication: Chest pain. Findings: Lungs are clear bilaterally, with no focal consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothoraces. Cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. Calcified densities within the right paratracheal region and left perihilar region, may represent calcified granulomas. There is a round opacity measuring 2 cm in diameter within the posterior mediastinum. XXXX are unremarkable. Impression: 1. Round opacity measuring 2 cm in diameter within the posterior mediastinum.
