ABSTRACT

Comparison: PA lateral chest radiograph, XXXX.

Indication: XXXX-year-old female with dysphasia for 3 months.

Findings: The cardiac and mediastinal silhouettes are unremarkable. The lungs are well expanded and clear. There is no focal air space opacity, pneumothorax, or effusion. There are large calcified mediastinal and right hilar granulomas. The bony structures of the thorax are intact with no evidence of acute abnormality.

Impression: No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary process. Stable appearance of the chest.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
