ABSTRACT

Comparison: None

Indication: Chest pain, dyspnea

Findings: The heart is normal in size. The mediastinal contours are within normal limits. There is mild prominence of the superior mediastinum which is somewhat lucent and XXXX reflects mediastinal and vascular structures. No focal consolidation is seen. There is no pleural effusion.

Impression: 1. Hypoinflation without acute parenchymal infiltrate. 2. Mild mediastinal prominence XXXX related to superimposed XXXX and mediastinal fat.
