ABSTRACT

Comparison: chest x-XXXX, 2 views from XXXX.

Indication: Shortness of breath.

Findings: The trachea is midline. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal in size and unchanged from prior examinations with sternotomy XXXX and surgical clips overlying. There is blunting of the right costophrenic XXXX which appears unchanged from prior examination and may be secondary to scarring or pleural thickening of the right lung base. There is no evidence of acute infiltrate. There is no pneumothorax. Visualized bony structures reveal no acute abnormalities.

Impression: 1. Hyperexpanded lung XXXX. 2. No acute cardiopulmonary abnormalities.
