ABSTRACT

Indication: History of nodule

Findings: The cardiac silhouette, upper mediastinum and pulmonary vasculature are within normal limits. There is no acute air space infiltrate, pleural effusion or pneumothorax. No pulmonary nodules are identified.

Impression: No acute process. No definite pulmonary nodules are seen. If clinically indicated, further evaluation with CT of the thorax can be performed to identify a small nodule. Correlation with prior radiographs would be helpful to identify the location of the previously described nodule.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
