ABSTRACT

Comparison: XXXX

Indication: XXXX-year-old male with XXXX, shortness of breath

Findings: The heart size is within normal limits. There are calcified hilar lymph XXXX bilaterally. There are bibasilar airspace opacities with small bilateral pleural effusions, left greater than right. No pneumothorax. No acute bony abnormalities.

Impression: Small bilateral pleural effusions with bibasilar atelectasis and/or airspace disease, left greater than right.
