Indication: XXXX-year-old male with dyspnea.

Findings: Stable enlarged cardiac silhouette. Persistent bilateral lower lobe airspace disease, not significantly XXXX compared to prior. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. No acute bony abnormality.

Impression: No significant change compared to prior. Bibasilar airspace disease may represent infection or mild edema.
