ABSTRACT

Comparison: XXXX.

Indication: Pre-transplant.

Findings: The heart size and pulmonary vascularity appear within normal limits. The descending thoracic aorta is tortuous. Central venous catheter is again noted. The lungs are free of focal airspace disease. The left hemidiaphragm remains elevated. No pneumothorax or pleural effusion is seen.

Impression: 1. Elevated left hemidiaphragm. No evidence of active disease.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
