Comparison: Chest radiograph XXXX, XXXX

Indication: XXXX-year-old male with XXXX

Findings: The heart is normal size. The mediastinum is unremarkable. A tortuous, calcified thoracic aorta is present. The lungs are hyperexpanded, consistent with emphysema. There is no pleural effusion, pneumothorax, or focal airspace disease. The XXXX are unremarkable.

Impression: No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.

NOTE: The data are drawn from multiple hospital systems.
