Pre operative KUB showing bilateral staghorn stones Right anterior oblique view of the common coronary artery and its branches with critical disease in the proximal LM artery. Abdominal radiograph taken 28 days after gastrojejunostomy tube insertion. Contrast medium administered via the tube reached the transverse colon. No obstruction or leakage was found. Intestinal distention was improved at this time. Cholangiogram performed through retained left internal-external biliary drain 2 weeks post-procedure shows patent anastomosis with free drainage of contrast into small bowel loops. Left anterior oblique view of the common coronary artery and its branches.
After periodontal flap surgery The clinical characteristics of the patient Left anterior oblique of the common coronary artery and its branches with critical disease the proximal RCA, and mid/distal anomalous LCX. KUB at 4 months no significant residual fragments Ventral hernia.
Contrast injection into the aorta after retrograde approach from the left femoral artery (postoperative blood pressure monitoring). there is a stop of contrast in the descending part of the arch due to an acute dissection. Contrast injection into the aortic arch after stent implantation, demonstrating unobstructed flow into the descending aorta. Histology showing talc particles at a lower magnification. Hematoxylin-eosin stain. Ciliated Columnar epithelium over the grafted aorta. Same patient (patient B) as in Fig. 2. Selective digital subtraction angiogram of the celiac axis showing multiple areas of contrast extravasation from peripheral branches of the splenic artery
Drainage of the RHD into the cystic duct (type 4). Operative cholangiogram shows the RHD (arrowheads), formed by fusion of the RASD (small arrows) and RPSD (large arrows), into the cystic duct. Asterisks=LHD Mass arising from the greater omentum showing the solid (S) and collapsed cystic (C) components. Left circumflex coronary artery angiogram after successful stent implantation.
